Welcome to Noir Cartel. By using noircartel.co or placing an order, you agree to these terms written to be fair to both of us.

1. The Store. Operated by Noir Cartel LLC ("Noir Cartel," "we," "us"). We sell made-to-order apparel and merchandise.

2. Eligibility. You must be 18+, the age of majority where you live, or have a parent/guardian's consent to purchase.

3. Products. All items are custom-produced on demand. Product images are honest representations; small natural variations in color and placement are normal (see our Refund Policy). We may occasionally need to correct a genuine pricing or listing error if that affects an order you've already paid for, we'll always contact you first and give you a full refund if you'd rather not proceed.

4. Pricing & Payment. Prices are in USD unless noted. At checkout you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total shown, including tax and shipping.

5. Intellectual Property. The Noir Cartel name, logos, panther crest, NC monogram, wordmarks, artwork, and slogans ("Sacrifice & Power," "Blood In. Nothing Out.") belong to Noir Cartel and are protected by trademark and copyright. When you buy a product, you own that physical item please just don't copy or resell our designs without written permission.

6. Being Cool. Please don't use the site for anything unlawful, don't try to break it, and don't submit false info. Standard stuff.

7. Your Photos & Reviews. If you tag us or post a review or photo, you're giving us permission to repost and use it in our marketing (with credit where we can). You confirm it's yours to share. Want a repost taken down? Just ask.

8. As-Is. The site and products are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we don't make warranties beyond what's stated here but our Refund Policy above is our real, practical promise to you.

9. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the product involved. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law. These terms are governed by Florida law, with any dispute handled in the courts of Duval County, Florida.
