Your trust matters to us. Here's the straight version of what we collect and why.

What We Collect. When you order or browse: your name, email, shipping/billing address, phone number, payment info (handled securely by our payment providers we never see or store full card numbers), and basic device/browsing data through cookies and analytics.

Why We Use It. To make and ship your order, keep you updated on it, help you with support, prevent fraud, improve the store, and only if you opt in send you drops and news. You can unsubscribe from marketing anytime with one click.

Payments. Handled by Shopify Payments and other secure, PCI-compliant processors. Your card details stay encrypted with them, not us.

Who We Share With. Only the partners we need to actually run the store our print/fulfillment partner (to make and ship your order), shipping carriers, and Shopify. We do not sell your personal information. Ever. We'd only disclose data if the law required it.

Cookies. Used for your cart, analytics, and marketing. You can turn them off in your browser, though a few features may not work as smoothly.

Your Rights. Wherever you live including California (CCPA) and the EU (GDPR) you can ask us to show, correct, or delete your personal data. Just email hello@noircartel.com and we'll handle it.

How Long We Keep It. Only as long as we need to run the business, meet tax/legal requirements, and resolve any issues.

Kids. Our store isn't aimed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their info.
