Made to Order = A Little Patience

Every piece is produced just for you, so please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Production time and shipping time are separate the total is both combined.

Delivery Estimates

United States: 3–7 business days after production

International: 7–21 business days after production (where available)

These are solid estimates, but carriers, weather, and holiday rushes can shift things. If your order is running unusually late, email us we'll chase it down with you.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Give it a day or two to start updating.

Shipping Rates

Calculated at checkout based on where it's going. Any free-shipping deals show up there too.

International Orders

Customs, duties, or import taxes may be charged by your country and aren't included in your total. Those are set by your local customs, not us but reach out if you have questions and we'll help however we can.

Split Shipments

Sometimes items in one order ship separately depending on production. If that happens, there's no extra shipping charge to you.
